1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ojkl website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services available at ojkl.net.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the ojkl Platform.
• "Player Funds" means real-money funds deposited into and held within a Player's ojkl Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free plays, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ojkl uses to confirm the identity, age, and eligibility of Players in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the ojkl Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ojkl Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ojkl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the ojkl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine online gaming age requirements.
2. You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for gambling purposes.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ojkl or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
5. You have not previously had an Account terminated or suspended by ojkl for a violation of these Terms.
6. You are not subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any licensed gaming platform.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the ojkl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ojkl will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact ojkl support immediately via Live Chat at [email protected].

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

ojkl is required by applicable Philippine online gaming regulations to verify the identity of all Players. As part of this process, ojkl may request the following documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys national ID).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

ojkl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and referral to the appropriate regulatory authority.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits into your ojkl Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

ojkl does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on the payment method used must match the name registered on your ojkl Account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an Account review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ojkl aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within the same business day for verified accounts, subject to transaction volume and processing partner availability.

ojkl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside ojkl's direct control.

6.3 Currency

The ojkl Platform operates in Philippine Peso (₱) as its base currency. Where a Player transacts in an alternative currency — such as USDT — the applicable conversion rate will be displayed at the time of the transaction. ojkl does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for any currency fluctuation losses.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ojkl offers various bonuses, promotional offers, free plays, and rewards programs to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable Player Funds.
• Bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts only and are not transferable between accounts.
• ojkl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their Account reviewed for potential suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, ojkl's decision is final and binding.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ojkl Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure the randomness and fairness of outcomes. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and are not influenced by factors such as bet size, player history, or account status.

Each game on the Platform has its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before wagering real money.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded at ojkl's discretion. ojkl is not liable for losses caused by technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the Player's end.

Live dealer game results and sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world events and are final. No claims will be entertained after the conclusion of a game round or sporting event where the result has been properly determined and settled.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ojkl Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in these activities will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of scripting to interact with Platform games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens ojkl support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ojkl Platform's software or systems.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ojkl Platform — including but not limited to the ojkl brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ojkl or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ojkl.

11. Privacy & Data

ojkl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at ojkl.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

ojkl implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect Player data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as entirely secure, and ojkl cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

ojkl will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

ojkl is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ojkl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ojkl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ojkl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

14. Termination

ojkl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ojkl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• ojkl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• A Player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ojkl staff or other Players.

Upon termination for cause, ojkl reserves the right to withhold any Player Funds and Bonus Funds pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities. Where an Account is closed by ojkl without cause, any verified Player Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ojkl support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active Bonus Funds at the time of closure.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ojkl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ojkl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ojkl's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting ojkl support at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute".

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the subject matter.
